Quality is a core value for Progenta. We believe quality is inseparable from customer satisfaction and providing optimal service. Our quality policy is firmly based on the following pillars:

Our customers

In our vision the customer determines the meaning of quality. We are satisfied if you are! We strive to provide optimal services by listening to our customers, helping them solve any related problems and anticipating their needs. Our service is not limited to providing professional cleaning and maintenance services: we provide objective advice and supply various products to ensure your work environment is presentable as long as possible.

Optimal service also means keeping abreast of the latest developments in order to update and deepen our knowledge. For example, we request samples of new floor types from manufacturers, to allow us to test which cleaning technology and products provide the best results. We also extensively test the results of new maintenance products before we use these for our customers.

Our staff

Our staff is an essential factor in our quality policy. They ensure that your contact with our organisation is pleasant and that your floors, furbishing fabrics, window fittings, ceilings or walls are cleaned and remain clean as long as possible. We continually invest in training courses and further education of our staff. Our staff participates in a thorough internal training programme, as well as frequently participating in training courses organised by TNO Science and Industry and Dutch Foundation for the Education and Training of Cleaning Companies and Services (SVS).

Our business operations and processes

Keeping our business operations and processes in order is essential to providing optimal service to our customers. Our ISO certification proves these are in order. As of 1 January 2010 we have ISO 9001 certification. This means that our quality management system and quality policy meet the strict requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Progenta is also ISO 14001 certified. The core issues for ISO 14001 certification are compliance with (local) legislation and regulations and continual improvement of environmental performance. Durability and the environment are important issues for our company. The certification fits our commitment to become a fully climate-neutral organisation by 2015.
